How we made $47,071 as nurses in June

It’s crazy to think that Monica and I started our YouTube channel in 2021.

Since then, we've seen hundreds, if not thousands, of our supporters move to Northern California.

When we left NYC, our average monthly net income jumped from $12,000 in New York to nearly $20,000 in California.

And we did it while working half the hours we did in NYC.

So, what’s the best part?

Since making these changes, Monica and I have reduced our working hours to fewer than 20 per week. Yep, you heard that right—less than 20 hours!

As you can see in the charts above, Monica has worked an average of 15.16 hours per week. I’ve worked an average of 18.71 hours per week.

If you look at our combined number of hours worked per week, it's 33.86. This means we are both working less than the average single nurse who works 36 hours per week. Yet, our average net monthly income is still at least twice as high at $14,915.51.

In June, we made a gross income of $23,666.53. Our take-home pay was $16,777.91.

So, where did the rest of our income come from?

Our business.

As I mentioned before, we started our YouTube channel in 2021. We never imagined we would have a month with five figures of revenue within three years of starting the channel.

That means our total gross earnings for June were $47,071.01. Our predicted net income is $33,767.83. Our average monthly income from our jobs and business is $18,471.49.
