Be a smart nurse. Work less, earn more

And move to Northern California to build massive wealth!

Sup nurses!

Ever feel like you’re working endless hours but still can’t seem to get ahead financially? You’re not alone.

We were just like most other nurses—income-rich but cash-poor.

We worked over 40 hours every week. Most of those hours were paid at our regular rate, rather than one and a half times our rate—because that's just how things work outside of California.

So, to confidently say that we've learned from our mistakes and were able to book a $16,039 vacation to Bora Bora while only working a COMBINED 32.23 hours per week (or 16.165 each) is something we could have never imagined.

We learned many lessons along the way that have allowed us to do this properly.

Many nurses don't know how to work overtime properly. They often show up to work on their days off.

This is not the right way to do it!

Let me show you what I mean. Let me also preface this by saying you NEED to move to California (and more specifically Northern California) in order for this to work:

Imagine this scenario:

  • You’re hired to work 32 hours per week at Kaiser Permanente.

  • They credit you with 5 years of experience in the Kaiser system.

  • You work 8-hour shifts with the evening shift differential.

If you do this every week for the entire year:

  • You will earn $172,610 by the end of the year.

Now, picture this:

  • Instead of working 32 hours per week at a regular rate, you take a position where you are only required to work 24 hours per week.

  • As a smart nurse, you pick up 4 hours of overtime and 4 hours of double time once per week.

  • You’d work one 16-hour shift per week for the entire year.

The benefits:

  • You wouldn’t have to come in on your days off.

  • You’d be working fewer days per year.

  • With the extra day off every week, you could plan a vacation without needing approval from your boss because you can just work it around your schedule.

And the best part?

  • You don’t have to work those extra shifts to pay for the vacation in the same way you used to before.

  • Working your overtime like this would allow you to earn $204,975—or an extra $32,365 by the end of the year—for the same amount of hours worked as the nurse with the 32 hours of regular pay.

We no longer have to overwork ourselves to earn a decent living and go on several romantic and family vacations per year.

As you’ve previously seen, we work a lot less now with our W-2s because our business is well on its way to surpassing our nursing income within the next two to three years.

This is the kind of life we want for all nurses in the US and you can be one of those nurses.

If you appreciate the transparency in this newsletter, we share more of this with our members in the Nurses to Riches accelerator program.

The program was created for nurses who want to move to California and earn $200,000 per year while working fewer than 40 hours per week.

It teaches you:
