• Total Hours: 400 (80 hours didactic + 320 hours clinical rotation)

  • Clinical Shifts: 2-3 shifts per week, each lasting 8-12 hours

  • Didactic Sessions: 2 shifts per week, each lasting 4 hours, featuring podcasts, orientation modules, policies, procedures, lectures, and skills labs

• Guest Lectures: Insights from nursing management, experienced peers, pharmacists, and physicians

• Evaluations: Initial, midterm, and final assessments to ensure mastery of ED core competencies

• Experience: At least 2 years as a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS
